To keep up with demand, we’re looking for a motivated Sales Consultant who can bounce between the office, home-based prospecting, and on-site surveys with ease. If you know your kilowatts from your COP – and love helping people make smarter energy choices—we’d love to meet you.
Guide homeowners & SMEs through the journey from first enquiry to signed proposal—no hard sell, just honest expertise.
Qualify leads quickly, book and conduct virtual and site surveys, and build bespoke quotes that solve real-world pain points.
Collaborate with our in-house engineers to ensure every system is technically sound and compelling.
Own your pipeline: follow up, and close deals while keeping CRM notes crystal-clear.
Champion Pogo’s values of transparency, unbeatable value and end-to-end service.
Proven success in technical or consultative sales—solar PV, battery storage or heat pumps preferred.
Comfort on the road: you’ll cover Leicestershire and neighbouring counties, so a full UK driving licence is a must.
Hybrid mindset: happy to split your week between our Leicester office, home admin days and customer visits.
Tech-savvy communicator: confident with online proposals, video calls and CRM tools.
Self-starter energy: you set your own pace, crush your own targets, and still play nicely with the team.
